Jothirlings - Trayambakeshwar Temple - Near Nasik

Go alone if you want to go faster. But go together if you want to go farther. - Magarpatta is an example.

Amazing concept. Lead by Mr. Satish Magar - a leader of new era for the farmers who decided to form a society and make each and every farmer as share holders and developed this model city called Magarpatta. Formed with park in the center and first circle full of offices and second circle full of beautiful residential complexes. The farmers are shareholders in this entire development and enjoy the benefits and profits. They also work here in this city and help out in day to day maintenance and daily wage work. Unlike the horror stories that we hear of farmers being cheated by mega developers who purchase the land at cheaper rate and sell to public at higher rate and hence farmers feel cheated due to their lack of education and negotiation skills.

But Lead by Mr. Satish Magar, these farmers did not loose their land. They all pooled in to develop this and enjoy the benefits each and every day.MagaPatta

Nasik, Panchavati - What great historic place in India. This place is more than 870,000 years old.

Located on the banks of the holy Godavari River, Nasik (or Nashik) gets its name from the episode in the Ramayana where Lakshmana, Rama’s brother, hacked off the nasika (nose) of Ravana’s sister.

Panchavati is located in Nasik. It is located on the banks of River Godavari. Sage Agastiya had his hermitage here. Lord Rama, with Sita and Lakshman on their wandering years in forest, stopped by here and took rest. This is where things turned south for them and rest of Ramayan happened. The name Panchavati came due to the fact that Lord Rama identified the cave where they were resting in the forest by the location of 5 trees. The trees are numbered and the cave is still maintained and you can visit the cave.

Our job is to dream big! Rest will be taken care of!!

Often times we study in management and motivational books to dream big. We ignore that as something too hypothetical statement. But it is so true. It is true not only in accomplishing success in material life but also in spiritual life.

Last year, I had mentioned in one of my blogs that visiting and doing Anga Pradkashanam at Thirupathi should be conceived and then it will be blessed. If we put a mental block saying that it is too difficult to do so, then it would be difficult to do so.

Same thing happened this year. I was dreaming one day that I would visit Shirdi. Never had an idea how and when I am going to accomplish that considering the schedule. Last year my sister and one of our friends went and they explained how they went. Idea became solid. Then few months, one of our relatives mentioned that she can make all arrangements and she did. Bingo. We just completed three day trip from Pune covering Shirdi, Nasik-Panchavadi, Jothilingam temple, Trayambakeshwar, Shani Shingnapur and magarpatta city and returned to Bangalore.

Never stop dreaming. Dream and you will be given all the help to make it reality. In sanskrit this is what exactly is mentioned "Prathignyai".
